Panorama´s services in this category are tailored to reflect the needs of a particular client, be it recruitment support or evaluation as part of the corporate KPIs or assessment of the current language skills.

Test results are presented in the industry-standard form regulated by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Recruitment language audits

Recruitment support language audits are designed to assess the foreign language proficiency of potential employees. These tests are primarily designed to evaluate the language skills that are required for a specific position. 

The system of individual testing is more complex and reliable than the basic in-house tools typically used by recruitment firms. By conducting an independent language audit for recruitment purposes, the employer is able to get precise information on each candidate in order to properly asses the current linguistic (communication) and professional skills.

Recruitment Language Audits, among other, are designed to asses:

1. Language competency in relation to the applied post.
2. The extent of understanding of the technical / legal / business terminology relevant to the applied post and in the required language.
3. The competency level of negotiating and communicating in the given language.

Language competence audits

Language competence audits aim to assess the current language skills of the client's existing personnel. Panorama recommends holding such audits where more than 20 employees at the client require language training.

The procedure results in a detailed written report on each assessed candidate, inclusive of a proposal regarding customised language training to assure that the key deficiencies are duly addressed and appropriate goals are set.

To the management, the immediate benefit of an audit is an independent and comprehensive map of the team's foreign language skills. A secondary, longer-term benefit is assuring that the client's training budget is efficiently spent on addressing the identified strategic needs.
